Death Chat Announcer
Death Chat Announcer is a lightweight server-side mod that sends a custom message in chat whenever a player dies.
The mod is designed for server owners who want death messages to be more noticeable, customizable, and easy to manage without changing core gameplay. Messages are randomly selected from the configured death message list and can be managed in-game through the admin UI.

Discord Webhook Setup
To set a Discord webhook, run the following command:
cheat scriptcommand SetWebhook "full webhook link here"
The webhook link must be wrapped in quotes.
Managing Death Messages
To add, remove, or edit death messages, run:
cheat scriptcommand UpdateJokes
This opens the in-game admin UI where death messages can be managed.
Toggle Death Messages
Death message sending can be enabled or disabled with:
cheat ScriptCommand ToggleDeathMessage
Optional Stat Tracking
This mod includes optional stat tracking support for displaying community-wide mod stats on my website.
Stat tracking is disabled by default and must be manually enabled by the server/admin.
To opt in, run:
cheat scriptcommand dacoptin
No unique user data is collected or shared.
The only data sent is:
- Game
- Mod
- Stat being tracked
- Value
This data is only used to display general stat totals on the website.
