Custom Transfers

This is a mod that edits how transfers can happen or not based on more specific specifications. Rather then just "can't transfer with this item" More like "Can't transfer to this server because you don't meet the needs"

Currently this mod is in testing, but at the moment it does:

If your PVE, you can only download stuff uploaded from other PVE servers
If your PVP, you can download anything that's uploaded
