Fix fresh map journals not creating a save file at startup, including The Center. Each active map creates its own validated map-specific A/B journal; existing save names and records are preserved. Initial disk-write failures now lock spawning and report a recovery error. Verified isolated native save/reload for 17 map identifiers and full manager/bootstrap startup in source DevKit. Cooked live-server qualification remains pending.
