Myrm's Custom Creations: Dracoteuthis

- The “Charge Protection” buff from the Gloon is now blocked on the Dracoteuthis (as you always want to be charged when possible). This means Gloons can now be fully utilized as lightpets for the Dracoteuthis.
- Removed Seekers from Dracoteuthis spawn on Lost Colony as they do not naturally spawn on the map, apparently.
- Dracoteuthis projectile attack now does significant damage against Neophytes (Revenants and other charge-weak enemies to come after devkit updates)
- Fixed an odd issue where Dracoteuthis’ Idle animation would become weirdly stiff while absorbing charge but only after walking
