Custom Cosmetic: Maelstrorca

- Improved dorsal hide blendshape to prevent clipping through the back on Amethyst while running and crouching
- Changed weight painting for dorsal bones a bit to leave the back alone.
- Fixed physics reset not working on dismount
- Made physics reset more aggressive (reset when dismounting from furniture and when switching out of first person)
