Custom Cosmetic: Maelstrorca

- Fixed some customization code not sticking.
- Fixed a couple more (hopefully the last) textures not having their texture group set properly.
- Fixed a couple textures not set to the correct compression type.
- Optimized eye shader slightly. (saved one texture lookup)
