Crystal Wyverns: Re-Graded

Reduced ai flying height to try and allow them to land more often (note I can't set this too low or they lose AI at higher points on maps, please let me know if this starts happening)
Fixed not spawning as heirs on Valg (again)
Fixed spawning overlevelled
Reworked spawn levels on egg steal maps: will NOT use wyvern level overrides. Instead will spawn up to 225, matching the levels they can reach when directly tamed. This brings it in line with how they functioned in vanilla
Fixed breath attacks damaging riders
Fixed Waterlogged not applying
Option to DISABLE Heirs, intended for use alongside the disable natural spawns config
Option to force them to ALWAYS spawn as heirs
