WIP CoKiToS Ruins Structures & Server Admin only Strutures that don't take damage

This is a Work in Progress MOD

CoKiToS Ruin Structures for all players Plus additional structures that don't take dame that only Server Admins can build.

CoKiToS Ruins Structures

1. They are unlocked at level 20
2. They cost half of what a vanilla stone wall costs to craft
3. They have slightly better health than vanilla stome walls

CoKiToS Admin Ruins Structures -

1. The Structures cannot be damaged
2. They can only be build on the CoKiTos Admin Smithy
3. Smithy can only be spawned via Admin Command
4. Engrams are unlocked at level 1
5. The structures have different materials and mesh than the CoKiToS Ruins Structures above.
