Cliffans Visible Immersion is an immersion-focused mod designed to make survivors feel more alive, expressive, and connected to the world around them. The goal is to give players more ways to show personality, roleplay, and react naturally to the environment instead of feeling like static characters moving through the map.

Whether you are crafting, wounded, caught in bad weather, or simply standing around camp, this mod adds small but meaningful visual details that help your survivor feel like an actual person living in the world. It is built with roleplay and player expression in mind, giving survivors more identity through animations, customization, bios, visible statuses, and character details.

Features:

+ Visible dynamic items
Items on your hotbar shows on your player.
Weapons show on your player.
Different weapon types show on different places.

+ Crafting Station Animations
Survivors will play animations when interacting with crafting stations, helping common actions feel more grounded and immersive.

+ Injury & Low HP Mechanics
Adds animations and visual mechanics around injuries, damage, and low health, making wounded survivors feel visibly affected instead of unchanged.

+ Dynamic Weather-Based Animations
Survivors can react to harsh weather, such as shielding their face from snow or heavy wind, shivering when cold, or holding a hand over their head during rain.

+ Identity-Hiding Masks
Certain masks can hide your character’s name, giving players more options for mystery, disguise, and roleplay scenarios.

+ Character Customization Menu (Wheel menu)
A custom menu allows players to adjust various immersive details.
Choose between several stackable scars, tattoos, and make-up. (35 so far, 105+ combinations)
Pick different eyes. (9 so far)
Pick idle animations.
Cosmetic details like visible shields and quivers.

+ Character Bios
Players can write a bio for their character, while others can inspect and read it to learn more about them.

+ RP Status Text
Add a custom status above your character’s head for other players to see, perfect for roleplay details like mood, condition, injuries, titles, or current actions.

+ Put hair up
Put your hair up easily through the wheel menu!

Known Limitations:
There might be some issues in singleplayer. Make sure to respawn if the buffs are not active.

Technical Instructions

+ A lot of functionality is passive and can be seen in different weather conditions, opening inventories, or interactables.

+ Most premium functions and be used through the multiuse wheel menu (holding reload)
The customization menu allows you to set different things like tattoos and scars.
Select an option in the body category to add a customization option, use the plus or minus for the layer to overlay another one.

+ The layer determines priority. Higher number means it’ll show over all lower layers.

+ Item and weapon visibility will depend on items in the hotbar.

+ To see the bio and status of other players you need to activate the extended HUD.
