VERY EARLY ALPHA STATE ==========================

Circa's Garden Deco - will indeed grow into a much more expansive mod but for its first cook and test here are some happy little bushes waiting for some happy little trees.

For now at level 1 you unlock a Small Planter base. Cycle through it and see all the various plants available! ONLY Has bushes for now - trees and such coming later. (Mod size is in reflection of all the static meshes already in, as such it likely will not increase drastically after trees are done.

I realize the bug from before is still existing so let me sort this out the best i can until i push another update.

Give that It actually cooked I had to push it lol.
