CG Structures

- Removed CGS_ from all the structure tags, now they should match Vanilla tags and be skinable.
- Fixed CG Dedicated Storage sync settings to other CG Dedis.
- Updated CG Tek Storage and CG Chibi Display tags to be unique for skinning, Storage_Tek and ChibiDisplay
- Fixed the crash while using CG Taxidermy stations and updated them to current functionality in game.
- Removed the ability to add Dermis's to various stations that had it that shouldn't have.
