Buildable Charge Nodes

Adds a charge node for crafting element that can be placed at your base.
This mod adds craftable charge nodes that can be placed and used to make element without requiring charge batteries.
- Unlocks at level 105 and can be crafted at the fabricator.
- Does not charge batteries and can only have one placed down in a radius of 33 foundations.
- Does not have a cooldown after crafting element.
- Requires a Tek generator for power.
