Better Trains

This mod requires Bob's Tall Tales in order to craft or unlock. Adds a new train engine and tracks with many new features such as more speed options and added lights.

Reduced the brightness on the lights as i felt it was set a little too high.

Added some fire particles to the train that will activate when it's moving.

Added a new train car that has increased build range.
