Obsidian Base Protection

Respawn bubble restoring saved buffs. This may be hit & miss depending on the buffs and if they store any unique data. It will restore the data for the empowered dinos though.
The safe base option from admins on flags will now also protect players and dinos from damage. I might have to go a little bonkers with that later...we'll see.
Flaming statue(if I didnt already do that).
Previously whitelisted players flags will undo the whitelist stuff.
