Automatic Base Skinner

Improvements & Fixes:
- Cosmetic improvements for UI
- Fixed tiny display issue for helper UI
- Improved mini help(on screen) with controls for console/controllers
- Changed how finding skins works to include secondary options(ie: Frontier Glass)
- Fixed Custom Cosmetic ownership check

Additions:
- Tool remembers last weapon mode
- Left Shoulder and Right Shoulder buttons will move skin priority to top/bottom, respectively
- Added favorites button. Favorites are moved to the top of the list for INACTIVE entries only, for faster access.
- Added search functionality
- Middle Mouse Button/Left shoulder button will toggle skin variants on your current target
