Welcome to the World of ARKOLOGY. This mod is based on my cinematic series of the same name.
This mod plans to add variants to almost every tameable and untameable creature in ARK to go alongside the cinematic series. These variants have a 50% chance (by default but can be edited through ini) to spawn in place of the vanilla variants across all maps. The mod also adds new alpha variants to select creatures to provide more challenge and variety. To edit replacement chances of Variants (INI), do the following
- Open GameUserSettings
- Go to bottom and type the following:
[ARKOLOGY]
SetPercentageChanceForVariants=
- Place the value you want next to the INI from 0.0 to 1.0 (1.0 being a 100% chance to replace)
- Save the file
- Launch ARK and do a dinowipe for changes to take affect
