- more localization loging added to assit in fixing the localization lock
- mod indexing now cached between game sessions
- mod index refres as you click on mods in installed mods list
- prevent any sorty of loading or indexing during gameplay, only does stuff while in one of the inventory screens or nucleus dashboard
- Option to reindex mods on game start added in the Encyclopedia configs default to false)
- Runtime indexing improved by keeing a list of failed files to not try reindex during the same play session
