Removed durability from mastery cloth pants
Trying changes to Ark Mastery structures to let them place on the ground.
Added Ark Mastery Gacha Vendor:
Place tokens and other resources to craft rewards.  When consumed the reward is based on a 1d20 roll.  GL and I hope you crit!   *This is a basic system test.  In the future, reward tables will be overhauled*

Added an F tier loot table to test the new rewards system.
