Fixed weapons not crafting in Ark Mastery Workbench
Trying a fix for some tames and wild dinos losing their class on server restart/update
Fixed kibble not stacking in queue to craft.
Added Tier and Class buffs to dino names.
Fixed dinos not getting all of their stat increases from class
Added Mastery Cloth Set.  (Known bug r/t insulation showing or applying)
