Commissioned Mod

A welcome and rules message system for Ark Down Under.

Server rules and a welcome message are automatically displayed when connecting. They can also manually be viewed via the player Radial wheel.

Admins can save the welcome/rules text via the player Radial wheel, as well as set a link for their discord and other config values.
