The origins of this Godzilla are never discussed in Godzilla 2000: Millennium. All that is established is that this Godzilla had been menacing Japan for some time prior to the film's events. According to Godzilla.jp, Toho's official website dedicated to the Godzilla series, this Godzilla is the second Godzilla to appear in the continuity of Godzilla 2000: Millennium, after the 1954 Godzilla.

1. Prepare the Black Hole Launcher

2. Attack Godzilla with the Black Hole Launcher

3.Once the torpidity value reaches its maximum, use it to complete the taming process.
