Version 5 - Arabic dinosaur names in the compact information panel

What's new:
- Adds connected Arabic names to ARK's standard compact dinosaur information panel when Minimal UI is enabled.
- Supports Arabic, English and mixed names while preserving the native name text, color, size and compact layout.
- Keeps expanded dinosaur information panels working and leaves custom compact panel templates supplied by other mods unchanged.

Testing: The original missing-character issue was reproduced locally. A fresh DevKit server/client preview automatically displayed the Arabic name of a server-spawned dinosaur. Nine local display and lifecycle checks passed, including English, mixed and longer Arabic names, changing panel modes, reopening, and the custom-template guard. Connected Arabic was visually confirmed. Name-transition checks used client-local updates; the retail game, the full Nitrado mod list and multiplayer rename actions still need testing.

Known limitations: This update does not resolve the server welcome/MOTD issue or Dino Depot's stored-ball tooltip issue. Existing chat, sign and tribe-log assets are unchanged; those features were not re-tested in this session. The compact name uses the mod's Arabic-capable font for English as well.
