Andrewsarchus: Ported

Added spawns to Valg, saddle to Smithy and Tek Replicator.
Fixes to the taming on servers. Inputs and indicators now work properly, but sprinting is overridden by the player controls (if there is a lack of input it will not sprint) and there doesn't seem to be any way to disable that input, so.. it's a feature now, it'll go faster if you sprint but the inputs are harder to match
