More official maps will be supported in future updates.Ancient Mythos is a fantasy expansion for ARK: Survival Ascended, bringing ancient creatures, forgotten technology, magical resources, and an entirely new progression system to every ARK.

The mod is developed with dedicated servers as the primary focus, ensuring stable multiplayer gameplay while remaining fully compatible with singleplayer. New features are always tested and optimized for server environments before release.

What began as Ancient Creatures has grown into a much larger adventure, where powerful enemies, unique structures, and rare materials reward players willing to explore the world.

Ancient Creatures

Rare Ancient variants of existing wild species naturally appear throughout the ARKs using a fully custom spawn system.

Ancient Creatures feature:

• Slightly improved stats while remaining balanced
• Always spawn as male
• Fully compatible with breeding
• Ancient stats can be inherited by future generations

Ancients are designed to feel like a natural evolution of each species rather than replacing vanilla creatures.

Elder Creatures

Elder Creatures are ancient, powerful versions of existing creatures that can be encountered across the world.

They are significantly stronger than normal creatures and reward valuable loot upon defeat.

Primal Creatures

Deep within dangerous caves, powerful Primal Creatures await those brave enough to challenge them.

These fearsome enemies reward unique loot, including Forest Cores, Frozen Cores, and Dracardium Ore, unlocking the next stage of progression.

Ancient Technology

Discover and craft powerful new structures, including:

• Ancient Stone Water Intake
• Hatchery
• Nanny
• Ancient Forge
• Ancient Fridge
• Ancient Cryopods

The Hatchery and Nanny feature a unique 3-tier upgrade system, increasing their range and unlocking new abilities as you progress.

Upgrades include:

• Increased operating range
• Improved efficiency
• Automatic resource generation
• Better breeding support

The Nanny automatically generates meat and berries, while the Hatchery generates kibble to support your breeding operations.

Upon reaching Tier 3, you'll unlock the powerful Dracardium Hatchery and Dracardium Nanny, advanced versions with greatly increased range and built-in refrigeration.

Dracardium

Primal Creatures drop Dracardium Ore, which can be smelted in the Ancient Forge into Dracardium Ingots.

These rare materials are required to craft the most advanced technology in Ancient Mythos.
