The mod can be configured via GameUserSettings.ini (works on servers also):
[AlphaSpear] MeleeDamage=100000 MeleeDestroyChance=1.0 ThrowDamage=100000 ThrowDestroyChance=1.0
The DestroyChance parameters should be between 0.0 (being 0%) and 1.0 (being 100%).
If you want to spawn the spear via console, you can use this: admincheat giveitem "/Script/Engine.Blueprint'/AlphaSpear/AlphaSpear/PrimalItem_WeaponAlphaSpear.PrimalItem_WeaponAlphaSpear'" 1 0 0
