More speed for Zeppelin

Adds an item that, when equipped to a zeppelin, increases its speed substantially, does not replace the dino. Consumption increases slightly according to the amount of speed added. Speed configurable via .INI.

After crafting, look for the item in the cosmetics tab and then equip it on the zeppelin.

Summon item:

cheat GiveItem "Blueprint'/ZepelimNitro/ASAItemSaddle_Costume_Zepelim.ASAItemSaddle_Costume_Zepelim'" 1 1 0
