Alfa Incubator

Adds an incubator similar to Gen2 (in appearance only) that automatically regulates temperature, allows the player to see the status of eggs, accepts incubation of embryos, has automatic hatching/dropping, status display, as well as being able to see the status of babies inside nearby pregnant dinosaurs.
