WTFmeansThat helps you understand common WoW and gamer slang directly in chat. It highlights supported abbreviations and shorthand like omw, oom, gg, lf, hr, nm, mid, def, and many more, then shows a tooltip with a short explanation when you hover them.
Clicking a highlighted term opens a pinned tooltip window, where you can choose to hide that specific term in the future if you already know it. This keeps the addon useful for learning new slang without cluttering chat once you no longer need certain explanations.
The addon includes English and German explanations and supports multiple WoW versions, including Classic/Anniversary, Wrath, Cataclysm, and Mainline/Midnight.
