An efficient, modular utility suite that enhances your WoW UI with clean, modern QoL features.

Description

WoWtility is a lightweight, modular collection of quality-of-life tools for World of Warcraft. Every feature is independently toggleable — use what you need, ignore what you don't. No bloat, no dependencies.

Features

iLvl

View item levels on your character frame, in tooltips, and when inspecting other players. Gem and enchant info is displayed directly on gear slots — missing gems show in red, unenchanted slots in gold. M+ score is shown in player tooltips. Gear durability is displayed on the character pane, colour-coded from green to red.

Alt Bags

Track inventory, gold, and currency across all your alts. Item tooltips show bag and bank counts per character, the money tooltip shows gold across your warband, and currency tooltips show totals across characters. Includes a Warband Bank row, reagents-only filter, and per-character visibility settings.

Power Bar

Movable class power bar for Soul Shards, Holy Power, Combo Points, Chi, Arcane Charges, Runes, and Essence. Two pip styles: Blizzard (matching the default player frame look) or Simple (flat coloured). Adjustable icon scale, spacing, and optional background. Option to hide the bar out of combat and choose a custom pip colour. Automatically hides for specs that don't use the resource. Repositioned via Blizzard Edit Mode. Replaces the default Blizzard power bar when active.

Pet Alert

Displays a persistent on-screen alert when your permanent pet is missing. Supports Warlocks, Unholy Death Knights, Hunters, and Frost Mages. Respects talents like Grimoire of Sacrifice and Lone Wolf. Configurable notification modes: Always, Combat Only, Instances Only, or Combat & Instances. Adjustable notification size.

Loot UI

Replaces the default loot window with a cleaner, modern display. Supports auto-loot, manual loot, item combining, transmog markers, reputation gains, quest rewards, and currency/money tracking. Configurable font size, fade delay, items per page, background opacity, grow direction, and more.

Cooldown Items

A small bar of item slots that sits above Blizzard's Cooldown Manager. Drag any trinket, potion, healthstone, drum or other on-use item from your bag onto an empty slot and it tracks the item's cooldown with the native sweep, shows your current bag count, and lets you click the slot to use the item just like an action bar button. The bar is hidden out of combat and fades in the moment combat starts, with empty slots automatically tucking away so only your usable items remain — perfectly centred. Choose how many slots you want (1–10) and whether to hide empty slots in combat. Items already tracked by Blizzard's Cooldown Manager are blocked to avoid duplicates. Movable in Edit Mode or by right-clicking the minimap button.

Alias

Display an alternate name in chat. Toggle per channel (guild, party, raid, whisper, communities, etc.) and customise the format. Incoming aliases from other players are colour-coded by class.

Auto Sell

Automatically sells junk (grey) items at vendors. Optional filter to also sell low item level gear based on a configurable threshold.

Auto Repair

Repairs your gear whenever you visit a repair vendor. Tries guild bank funds first, then falls back to personal gold. Displays the repair cost in chat.

Auto Keystone

Automatically slots your Mythic Keystone into the Font of Power when the receptacle is opened.

Dungeon Teleports

Turns every tile on the Mythic+ Dungeons screen into a one-click teleport for the current season. Each dungeon you've learned the teleport for shows a large gold abbreviation (e.g. MC, NPX, WRS) so you can still identify it after Blizzard re-sorts tiles by completed keystone level. Click anywhere on a tile to cast the teleport; hover to see the dungeon name and cooldown in the tooltip. Tiles on cooldown dim their label and grey out, and brighten back up the moment the cooldown resets (for example, when you finish a dungeon). Updates live as you unlock new teleports or the season rolls over.

Auto Quest

Auto-accepts and auto-completes quests. Configurable separately for trivial and non-trivial quests.

Auto Accept

Automatically accepts role checks, party invites from friends, and guild invites from guild members.

Cutscene Skip

Automatically skips cutscenes and movies inside dungeon and raid instances. Per-difficulty settings for Normal, Heroic, Mythic, M+, and Timewalking dungeons, plus Normal/LFR, Heroic, and Mythic raids. An "Always" override skips everywhere. Movies play once on first viewing and auto-skip on repeats.

Talking Head

Hide the Talking Head NPC popup in configurable situations. Per-difficulty settings for dungeons and raids, plus Abundance events and an "Always" override. The Abundance setting also mutes the narrator's voice lines. A chat message lets you know when a talking head is blocked.

LFG Timer

Shows a colour-coded countdown timer on the dungeon queue popup. Counts down from 40 seconds with green, gold, and red transitions so you know how long you have to accept.

LFG Filter

Adds extra filter options to the Premade Group Finder's advanced filter dropdown so you can hide listings that don't match what you need. Options include: only show groups without a Lust class already (Shaman/Mage/Hunter/Evoker), only show groups with a Lust class already, and only show groups that have enough room for everyone in your party — including matching the roles you're bringing, so a party with a Tank won't see groups that already have a Tank. The two Lust filters are mutually exclusive, and all three filters take your current party into account when deciding what to show.

Dungeon Gossip

Automatically progresses single-option NPC dialogs inside dungeons and raids. Useful for instances like Pit of Saron where NPCs require interaction to advance.

Damage Meter Reset

Automatically resets the Blizzard damage meter at the start of combat. Separate toggles for open world and raid encounters.

Achievement Back Button

Adds a back button to the Achievement frame so you can navigate your history without losing your place.

Prefill Delete

Pre-fills the item deletion confirmation dialog automatically.

Edit Mode

A single "WoWtility" checkbox in Blizzard's Edit Mode panel lets you reposition all WoWtility elements at once.
