Categorized bag and bank panels for TBC Classic. Auto-categorize by item class, masonry layout, ItemRack integration, secure right-click for combat consumables, hides Blizzard's default bag and bank UIs.

Description

NEW in v0.8.0!

Added the ability to view alt inventories in a separate window side-by-side with your own. Click the new title bar button and pick an alt from the dropdown. (You'll need to log into each alt once after this update so the addon can snapshot their bags and bank.)

Bag and bank positions now persist across sessions and reloads.

Wick's Bags replaces the default bag UI with a single categorized panel for your bags and a matching panel for your bank. Items group by class and subclass (Potion / Elixir / Scroll / Food, Cloth / Leather / Metal / Herb / Enchanting / Jewelcrafting / Cooking, Equipment, Quest, Key, Mount, and more), packed into a masonry layout that adapts to the panel width you choose.

Right-click any bag item to use it. Drink potions, eat food, apply bandages, summon mounts, equip gear, open containers — all routed through Blizzard's secure click path so combat consumables work in combat. Drag-and-drop within the panel for normal item moves.

Visit a banker and Wick's Bank pops up alongside your bags. Same chrome, same categorization, plus a Buy slot button with cost tooltip and per-bank-bag filter buttons. Right-click a bank slot to shuttle items back to your bags. The default Blizzard bank window is suppressed so only Wick's Bank shows.

Highlights:

  • Auto-categorize by item class plus subclass — no rules to write
  • Masonry packing tries multiple orderings and picks the tightest layout for your current width
  • ItemRack gear sets appear as labeled sub-blocks under the Equipment container
  • Recent items collected in a dedicated container with a subtle muted-green accent ring
  • Search box, sort cycle (Quality / Name / Quantity), Min-quality filter
  • Buy-bank-slot button with cost preview, individual bank-bag filter buttons
  • Bottom bar: bag icons, gold display, TBC PvP currencies (Honor, Arena, Marks of Honor), PvE tokens (Badges, Spirit Shards, rep tokens)
  • Item-level overlay on equipment, cooldown spirals on usable items
  • Slot-scale slider, border-intensity picker (Off / Subtle / Medium / Full / Bright)
  • Filters: right-click a bag icon to filter the panel to that bag, right-click empty bottom-bar to clear

Slash commands: /wbags, /wicksbags. Default keybind in Settings → Keybindings → Wick's Bags.

Known limitation: panel position and size do not currently round-trip across /reload on TBC Classic Anniversary 2.5.5 — the saved-variable serializer behaves differently than retail or other Classic flavors for new keys. Position survives within a session (open and close the panel). Tracking for a future release.

Part of the Wick suite — ten precision addons for TBC Classic, one palette, one chrome.
