Warlock Shard Manager (WSM) is a compact, purpose-built HUD addon for WoW TBC Classic / Anniversary focused on one task:
Efficient, readable, and automated Soul Shard management.
WSM keeps shard tracking minimal on screen while providing precise control over shard limits and automatic cleanup.
Core Functionality
WSM tracks your current Soul Shards in real time and enforces a configurable shard limit through optional auto-deletion.
The addon is designed to remain visually lightweight while still delivering clear combat-relevant feedback and reliable shard control.
HUD Display Modes
Choose between different presentation styles depending on your UI preference:
- Shard — crystal-based HUD design
- Simple — icon + counter
- Minimal — text-focused display
All designs share identical font scaling and counter logic to ensure consistent readability at any size.
Limit Management
Configure how your shard cap is determined:
- Manual limit — user-defined value
- Soul Bag detection — automatic capacity recognition
- Fallback cache if no Soul Bag is equipped

Auto-Delete System
WSM can automatically remove excess shards once your configured limit is exceeded.
Behavior can be customized to match your playstyle:
- Auto-Delete toggle
- Combat restrictions (OOC mode)
- Pet-dismiss safety pause
- Imp exception handling
This prevents accidental shard loss during forced pet dismiss events (e.g. flight paths).
