WanderBook is a personal oath tracker that lets you create, pursue, and complete custom goals across Azeroth with immersive flair.

Description

WanderBook – Create your own adventures, forge your own path!

WanderBook is an immersive, lore-flavored objective tracker that lets you create and complete your own custom objectives or "Oaths"—whether it's slaying a rare beast, dancing atop a specific zone, or logging your personal records. Inspired by roleplay but built for all playstyles, it brings purpose to exploration, humor to downtime, and structure to your personal adventures on Azeroth and beyond.

Features:

  • Custom Oaths: Write your own quests with goals like defeating NPCs, using items, emoting, or exploring zones.
  • Lore-Themed Interface: Designed like a mystical tome, it feels at home in the hands of any traveler or champion.
  • Track Progress Live: Watch your oaths evolve through in-game tracking, chat reporting, and visual updates.
  • No Rewards, Only Glory: This book is about narrative, challenge, and personal fulfillment—not loot.
  • RP-Friendly & Solo-Compatible: Whether you're a roleplayer or just like setting personal goals, WanderBook supports your journey.
  • Share Your Oaths: You can export your custom objectives with a friend.

Available events for tracking:

  • /Emotes: With a specific NPC target, creature type, or none—you can track as many as you define.
  • Use: Spells or items—you can track anything from your inventory, collection, or spellbook, as long as it has something to track. Some spells might not work or make sense (e.g., passive abilities or quest items), but you can experiment. For auras and buffs, it's often better to use the spell or item ID (Wowhead is your friend).
  • Loot: Track how many times you collect any item—materials, weapons, anything. If it drops, it can be tracked. Item rarity tracking coming (Soon™).
  • Kill: With a specific NPC target, creature type, or none—you decide. You can also track kills with specific spells or items. It doesn't need to be a killing blow; as long as the spell or item was used during the fight, it counts.
  • Crit: Track how many critical hits you land with any spell or item.
  • Damage: Track how much damage you deal using a specific spell or item.
  • Regen: Track how much health, energy, mana, or other resources you regenerate with spells or items. Food tracking is currently limited (Soon™).
  • Zone: Track which zones you visit, or add the zone condition checkbox to any of the above events. Sub-zones and chain-link zones coming (Soon™).
  • Counters: Instead of fixed amounts, you can make your oaths into counters to permanently track any event.
  • Player Character Targets Options: (Soon™)
  • Death Tracking: (Soon™)
  • Currency Tracking: (Soon™)
  • Instance Run Tracking: (Soon™)

Example objectives:

  • [Kill] Slay 20 Undead creatures in Duskwood to avenge the fallen townsfolk.
  • [Emote] Perform a respectful /salute to Khadgar (NPC 123546) in Dalaran, in the Broken Isles.
  • [Crit] Land 10 critical strikes with Fireball while in Durotar.
  • [Use] Consume 5 Noggenfogger Elixirs (Item 123456).
  • [Loot] Collect 1,000 Netherweave Cloth.
  • [Regen] Regenerate 100,000 health with Recuperate (Spell 123456).

Want to restart an oath? Renew it in the Edit panel, accessed through the little pencil icon each oath has. Want to share a fun oath with a friend? Export the /makeoath command it in the same Edit panel. Create counters, kill trackers, personal spell records, and more.

Use the command /wbc for a full list of instructions.

Have fun in Azeroth with WanderBook.
