Veto
Warns you with sound and a big on-screen alert whenever an enemy NPC casts something interruptible, with a one-click button to shut it down and automatic rotation so your group doesn't all interrupt the same cast.

Added
- More casts now get the full alert with sound, even when the game keeps "can this be interrupted" a secret.
- Veto now also reads the NPC's own cast bar color as a second signal: grey means not interruptible, a normal color (yellow for a cast, green for a channel) means it is.
- When the color gives a clear answer, you get the same full alert, sound, and "whose turn" display as any other interruptible cast.
- No clear answer from the bar (not found, or an ambiguous color)? Veto falls back to the previous fade-only behavior - nothing regresses.
