Description
This is just a small addon that creates a moveable frame that shows Valeera's cooldowns. There is a minimap button to adjust the anchor. Click it, move the anchor and click the minimap button again. Locked. The goal here is to allow the player to see what is on cooldown and plan pulls in Delves knowing that ol' Val has your back with her biggest hits.
