New Midnight version adds extra button called Addon Outfits. Clicking on it will open the panel for the new UI where all your transmogs saved using this addon will be shown. It retains all functionality it had but it will no longer merge with list of Custom Sets(formely known as Outfits) made by Blizzard UI.
Because current Transmog System doesn't support Artifact weapon category there might be some issues when you try loading outfit with that kind of wepaon saved. Outfits are stored in your WTF folder.
New system changed a lot with how Transmog API works so let me know of any issues you have.
