TopTarget
TopTarget WoW PvP addon highlights your enemy target and focus nameplate when targeted by members of your group.
TopTarget is your targeting assistant in PvP. Target and destroy enemy players in arenas, battlegrounds, and wpvp. When other group members are targeting your target or focus, the addon highlights that nameplate with a high visibility yellow icon, or red for priority target. Optional moveable count frames display the number in group targeting your target and focus. Target caller can use the addon to get visual feedback on group's targeting. Non target callers in heat of battle can use the addon to target same target as their group.
When you target a highly targeted enemy, its hp should decrease faster, which can make more of your group target it and destroy it. Encourage other group members to install this addon for even faster target destruction. Potentially a massive advantage. Target the top target and destroy.
High visibility yellow icons display on your target and focus when targeted by your group, and change to red when priority threshold number is reached. Optional moveable count frames display the number targeting.
- Requires enemy nameplates enabled in WoW's settings.
- Enable the nameplate icons for your preferred situations, icon and frame size, opacity, and style, in addon settings.
- You must be grouped in party or raid. The target count includes all valid group members targeting your target or focus. If "Group Combat Required" is enabled in addon settings, only group members that are affecting combat will be included in the target count. You are always excluded from the targeting count.
- If target and focus icons are both enabled, and your focus is the same enemy player as your target, the target icon is displayed instead of the focus icon.
- Change the "Priority Threshold" number in addon settings to adjust when the icon colour changes from yellow to red.
- Count frames are visible when enabled, and you are targeting or focusing a valid enemy player. The frames are centered by default. Enable the count frames in settings, and move the frames to desired position by holding down keyboard SHIFT and LEFT MOUSE button frame center to drag the frame.
- Rarely, a group member cannot be accessed and TopTarget therefore cannot determine their target to include it in the count. When that happens, the count may be inaccurate for a few seconds. An "E" error indicator is shown on the target and focus counters during that time.
- Combine with WarCult, get killing blows in any PvP and sacrifice them at the X to earn levels.
- Combine with HideNPC to hide non-player characters (NPC) on your minimap.
- For WoW retail battlegrounds, arenas and world PvP.
