Tooltip GCD display

Gadget Included: GCD, item/spell IDs, Real Items level

Simply add global cooldown of spells, items and macros (if they contains #showtooltip) within the tooltip

now includes item and spell id (if you need fast id for macro like /use item:ID)

Now includes your "real" ilvl (that means; excluding neck and rings as they don't give primary stat)
