  • fix: detect client features instead of build numbers
    WoW Forever reports a Classic build (1.60.1) but runs the retail API and
    UI, so the build-number gates called the removed GetNumFactions global
    and also turned off toasts, renown and friendship values there.
    API gates now check that the API exists. Content and UI-family gates use
    the client's game type: the TOC loads src/client/[Game].lua, which sets
    IS_RETAIL, IS_FOREVER, IS_CLASSIC and the expansion flags, as BigWigs
    does.
