Minimalist aproach to changing the tooltips to appear at mouse cursor and to hide them in combat using as much as possible of the blizzard´s code.

Highly inspired on tiptac.

There is an option to turn on tooltips in combat, check the interface addons window or do /tipex.

Tooltips are hidden in combat by default
