Description
Thanks for the Buff
Automatically express appreciation with emotes and messages whenever you receive a buff — whether it's a stranger buffing you in the open world or a teammate popping a cooldown for you in combat.
What It Does
In the heat of battle, it's easy to miss that clutch Power Infusion or a life-saving Lay on Hands. Thanks for the Buff keeps you informed when teammates use their cooldowns for you, and automatically reacts with a random emote when a stranger buffs you out in the world — all without you having to lift a finger.
Features
Buffs from Strangers — When a friendly player outside your group buffs you, TFTB can automatically perform a random emote (Cheer, Thank, Salute, etc.) to show your appreciation. Includes a configurable cooldown to prevent spam and a minimum buff duration filter to ignore short heals over time like Renew or Rejuvenation.
Combat Buff Tracking — Tracks major cooldowns from your party and raid members across all classes: Innervate, Power Infusion, Misdirection, Hand of Protection, Tricks of the Trade, and many more. Prints a notification in your chat so you always know who's looking out for you. Optionally whisper your benefactor instead.
The Thank You Button — Automatically creates a macro named - Thank on login. Target a player and press it to instantly send a personalized whisper and a random emote — perfect for thanking healers, mages for water, or warlocks for portals.
Item Tracking — Recognizes party items like Drums of Battle, Drums of Speed, and their Greater variants, notifying you when a group member uses one for the party.
Localized — Works with all Classic WoW Locales (enUS, deDE, esES, esMX, frFR, itIT, koKR, ptBR, ruRU, zhCN, zhTW).
