Adds simple buttons to the game menu (esc key) to use your hearthstone(s) and teleports quick and easy.
Description
Adds your available hearthstones and teleports to the game menu (esc).
You can change the hearthstone it uses by typing /tpm ingame and following the commands.

Mage Teleports/Portsls
Engineering Wormholes
Hero's Path teleports
All class teleports (Zen Pilgramige, Death Gate, Astral Recall etc.)
