PartyCastBars

PartyCastBars adds clean, draggable cast bars for your party members in WoW TBC Classic, showing exactly what your group is casting and who they’re targeting in real time.

Features

Slash Commands

 
/pcb unlock - Unlock and drag the cast bar anchor
/pcb lock - Lock the position
/pcb reset - Reset position to center
/pcb test - Show test bars for positioning
/pcb clear - Hide test bars
/pcb 1-10 - Adjust spacing between bars
 

How It Works

Each party member gets a dedicated cast bar that updates in real time:

  • Shows current cast or channel
  • Displays remaining cast time
  • Updates the target dynamically during the cast
  • Appends raid markers when present
  • Colors player targets by class using a custom color scheme

Class Colors Used

  • Paladin – Pink
  • Shaman – Blue
  • Mage – Blue
  • Rogue – Yellow
  • Warrior – Brown
  • Priest – White
  • Warlock – Purple
  • Hunter – Green
  • Druid – Orange

Notes

  • Target shown is the unit’s current target, not guaranteed to be the spell target
  • Designed specifically for party play (not raid frames)
  • No external libraries required

Installation

  1. Download the addon

  2. Extract to:

     
    World of Warcraft/_classic_/Interface/AddOns/
     
  3. Ensure the folder is named PartyCastBars
  4. Reload UI (/reload)
