Adds an option to display the swingtimer below the healthbar. Also displays the cooldown for Crusader Strike and Judgement.
Description
Adds an option to the original SwedgeTimer (TBC Anniversary Update) by Folktale to display the swing timer directly below the target's health bar. This provides a better overview of the action and reduces the need to focus too much on the static swing timer.
Additionally, it displays the cooldowns for Crusader Strike and Judgement.
