Description
Storekeeper is a roleplay Point-of-Sale register for WoW merchants. Whether you run a travelling market stall, a noble house emporium, or a back-alley curiosities shop, Storekeeper gives you the tools to run it properly. In character, in style, and in sync with your entire staff.
THE REGISTER
Click products to build a cart, apply discounts, and either Finalize a sale on the spot or Confirm & Log it as a tracked order. Products are grouped by colour-coded categories, tinted by rarity, and out-of-stock items dim automatically.
MULTI-SHOP MANAGEMENT
Create and manage multiple shops from a single addon. Each shop has its own product list, staff roster, treasury, and activity log. Staff receive automatic sync when they come online, products, orders, category colours, and all.
PRODUCTS & INVENTORY
- Assign each product a category, rarity (Poor through Legendary), icon, price, and description
- Category header colours are fully customisable and sync to all staff
- Limited stock mode tracks quantities and decrements on every sale
- Type a new category name or pick from a dropdown of existing ones
ORDERS
Create tracked orders with buyer IC and OOC names, assign them to a staff member, set an ETA, and update status through fulfilment. Orders auto-release if the ETA passes. All staff see live updates.
TREASURY
Each shop tracks its earnings automatically. The treasury increments on every paid sale and completed order. Owners can deposit, withdraw, and view the full balance in gold, silver, and copper.
ACTIVITY LOG
Every action is logged and categorised, Treasury, Orders, Products, Staff, and System. Filter tabs let you narrow the log instantly.
STAFF & PERMISSIONS
Add managers and employees by character name. Configure exactly what each role can do: edit products, apply discounts, finalise as a favour, adjust stock, and more.
RECEIPT PRINTING
Unfortunately we were not able to have Storekeeper create TRP3: Extended document items as receipts, yet. For now, Copy Receipt will open a popup which holds the entire receipt, in turn your can copy this and paste such in a TRP3: extended item or an in-game mail.
UPDATE NOTIFICATIONS
If a colleague online is running a newer version of Storekeeper, you receive a one-time chat notification.
MINIMAP BUTTON
Left-click to open the register. Drag to reposition. All management lives inside the register tabs.
