Stonebound — Dwarven Brogue for WoW Classic
Stonebound is a World of Warcraft Classic addon that converts your outgoing chat into a Bronzebeard-style Scots / Dwarven brogue, inspired by Ironforge culture and real-world Scottish phonetics.
It is designed to feel natural, lore-respectful, and readable without tainting the Blizzard UI or interfering with protected actions.
If you play a dwarf and want your words to sound like they came from stone and steel, this is for you.

How It Works
Stonebound modifies your message only when you press Enter.
It does not alter slash commands, macros, targeting, or UI behavior.
You type normally.
Your dwarf speaks properly.
Commands
/dw on — Enable Stonebound
/dw off — Disable Stonebound
/dw intensity 1-3 — Set brogue strength
/dw brogueonly on|off — Accent only vs full dwarf flavor
/sbopt — Open the options panel
Intensity Levels
1 — Light brogue, readable everywhere
2 — Strong dwarven accent
3 — Full stone-and-steel Scots dwarf speech

Stonebound is inspired by:
Bronzebeard dwarves
Ironforge and Khaz Modan
Classic Warcraft flavor
Authentic Scots phonetics (without Troll-style speech patterns)
If anyone says you sound like a Troll, they’re wrong.
And probably beardless.
