This release completes bundled Noctis Guides coverage for both factions and gives the navigation HUD its own owl-themed visual identity.

• Added twelve original generated Horde route bands for levels 24 to 60, carrying 295 quests and 364 navigation waypoints.
• Noctis Guides now resolves a bundled route for every level from 1 to 60 on both Alliance and Horde characters.
• Route identifiers, objective facts, and coordinates come from a reproducibly identified Questie v11.13.1 Classic database snapshot; route bands, hub ordering, step grouping, and player-facing wording are generated for MissionAccomplished rather than copied from another guide, and no Questie files are redistributed.
• Added a fixed owl compass bezel and rotating owl-feather direction arrow in Noctis' navy, bronze, moon-silver, and sapphire palette.
• Added deterministic alpha, size, pivot, filename-case, TGA-header, and archive-presence validation for the new artwork.
• Improved the guide-panel warning so an out-of-level manual route selection is not mislabeled as missing bundled coverage.
• Kept the navigation fallback intact: if an addon texture cannot load, Noctis uses the supported Blizzard fallback rather than displaying a blank direction indicator.
