Description
Allows to scroll in the spellbook to swap page like on retail :
DOES NOT WORK IN COMBAT
While the cursor is over the spellbook, MOUSEWHEELUP & MOUSEWHEELDOWN are replaced by the effect of the arrow button "prev page" & "next page".
It does not change your keybinds, this is an override effect that is reverted as soon as you your cursor leaves the spellbook area or if you close it.
