SpamHammer

SpamHammer is a simple World of Warcraft addon to detect and remove some of the annoying spam and boosting messages that plague certain chat channels.

Description

The addon analyzes all messages in general, trade and services chat and tries to classify them as either spam or no spam. When a message is detected as spam it will not be shown in the chat.
The main goal of the addon is to detect and filter boosting messages, while ensuring that normal trade messages remain unaffected.

There is no setup or configuration required after installation the addon should automatically start filtering.
Currently only English and German are supported as languages, others may or may not work.

Commands

/spam stats - Show information about analyzed and blocked messages
/spam debug - Show when messages are being blocked
/spam test <Message> - Test if a specific message would be classified as spam
/spam options - Open the options menu
