Socket To Me enhances quality of life for MoP Classic Jewelcrafters by enabling gem filters, efficient prospecting, tracking missing recipes, identifying unsocketed gear, and maximising gem-selling profits.
Description
Socket to Me is a quality-of-life addon for WoW Mists of Pandaria Classic Jewelcrafters. It adds a dedicated panel to the right of the Jewelcrafting tradeskill window with three powerful tabs.
Open Jewelcrafting Tradeskill Window to see panel, attaches to right of tradeskill window. Click "STM" button to open/collapse panel.
1. Gems Tab
- Displays all MoP gem cuts, grouped by colour and phase.
- Highlights which recipes you know vs. which you are missing.
- Built-in filters let you sort by socket colour, stats, or expansion phase.
- Can filter via AND or OR of stats. For example: list gems which have Strength AND Stamina, otherwise gems which have Strength OR Stamina.
2. Gear Tab
- Scans your equipped items and bags for empty sockets.
- Lists which gear pieces are missing gems and what socket types are available.
- Makes it easy to keep your character fully optimised.
3. Profit Tab
- Calculates profitability of gem crafting using your available recipes.
- Integrates directly with Auctionator pricing data for accurate market comparisons.
- Helps you decide the most profitable gems to cut and sell, factoring in materials and AH cuts.
Additional Features
- Prospecting bar with quick buttons for common MoP ores (Ghost Iron, Kyparite, Black/White Trillium).
- Pinned Gems list to keep track of your favourites.
- Clear and customisable UI with collapsible sections.
- Tooltip integration across the game, adding gem-specific info wherever relevant.
