Adds clear house / plot numbers, resident search, ownership details, and waypoint tracking to World of Warcraft neighborhood maps. Loads only in Founder's Point and interacts only with the map. Nothing more , nothing less. Housing.

- Fixed sync not finding other players: Shirley's now asks the game for your houses at login and when you enter a neighborhood or house, on any character.
- Sync says hello when you enter a neighborhood or house, so people there find you right away.
- Throttled sync messages are retried instead of lost.
- Knock is harder to spam: each person counts once a minute, and at most six knocks a minute are handled.
- The new-version notice now says where to update.
- Owners who log off turn grey sooner.
- /slab sync now shows what's happening, including proof that receiving works.
